This book was very inspiring. What Fredrick Douglass and all other slaves went through is horrible. I was very impressed with this book because the book is written eloquently and by a slave, it was just very impressive that a slave could have so much motivation to learn to read and write. His story is truly inspiring and I highly recommend it.
